Connect Macquarie Park Innovation District is thrilled to announce that Stockland has introduced its first food and beverage retailer, The Naked Duck, to MPark, the mixed-use commercial precinct in the heart of Macquarie Park.
The Naked Duck brings a fresh culinary experience, blending French, Australian, and Asian cooking techniques to deliver high-quality dishes while serving their distinctive Naked coffee blend.
Frank Ianni, Development Director at Stockland, emphasised the importance of great food and coffee in a thriving workplace environment.
“The Naked Duck will become a meeting place for people to come together to enjoy quality food and coffee at our first completed workplace building - 11 Khartoum Road. Our tenants have been eagerly awaiting the opening of The Naked Duck as a place to re-fuel, network, and collaborate, and the liquor license is sure to make it a destination for special corporate occasions and socialising after work.”
Director of The Duck Group, Amy Le, shared her enthusiasm about joining MPark’s rapidly growing portfolio:

In addition to its 132-square metre café located in the building’s lobby, The Naked Duck will offer catering services to businesses within MPark and the surrounding area.

The first completed workplace at 11 Khartoum Road has welcomed tenants WiSE Medical, Audika, Axis, CHEP and Zeekr.
