Investment driving growth
Macquarie Park and North Ryde is an emerging centre of innovation, and an enormous opportunity. As a priority precinct, it’s changing fast.
$8.3 billion has been invested in Sydney’s first automated Metro, which serves three stations in the Park and will soon connect to Sydney city.
At Macquarie University, over $1 billion of development is creating a world-class campus that is open to its neighbours.
More than $4 billion of private investment will create exceptional A-grade employment, collaboration and innovation space across the Park.
