MPark precinct nears completion with topping out cermony

A major new commercial and innovation hub is close to completion at the Macquarie Park innovation district.

Stockland celebrated the topping out of the final building at its $2 billion MPark development which is bringing together globally leading life science, health and technology companies together and be home to over 3,600 workers at completion.

🌏 Sustainability at its core: Targeting 6 Star Green Star, 5 Star NABERS, and WELL Core Gold certification.
⚡ Fully electric and powered by renewable energy, aiming for carbon neutrality.
🚀 Welcoming world-class companies incl. Medtronic Australia and New Zealand WiSE Specialist Emergency CHEP and others to the first building which is open
🧬 Recognising the near completion of Johnson & Johnson - Australia and New Zealand new HQ with their Innovation Medicines and MedTech teams following initial plans set in 2019
🌳 Holding a smoking ceremony honouring Country and the First Nations history of the site.
